She’s calm and affectionate once she feels safe. Background: Originally adopted in 2021, Brownie was sadly returned after four years due to a child’s allergy. She showed signs of emotional neglect and was found with a chain collar and sad, fearful eyes. She is now safe and waiting for a second chance.
