This was an unexpected joy to see unfold. When I posted about Tarae, and we had secured him a foster to adopt family, my sweet cousin in Ireland asked if there was any way they would be able to get him. Unfortunately he was already spoken for and with Covid raging around the world, I was not sure they would be able to ship to Ireland but I would ask my Korean contact Yeonji. Turns out Ireland has more health requirements than Canada for importing dogs so it would be a three month process to get the paper work in order to ship dogs there. Turns out, there was a person in Korea who had just adopted a dog and was travelling to Ireland in …THREE MONTHS! They could bring a dog for my cousin. So after reviewing the Sapsali dogs available (she and her boyfriend wanted a similar dog to Tarae) they settled on Pebbles.

Pebbles is currently being fostered by an amazing couple in Korea. We get regular updates and videos and she seems like another beautiful Sapsali soul. Are all Sapsali’s like this? Amazing! I cannot wait until she flies to Ireland and starts 2021 with the most amazing new family and a doggy brother waiting for her to play with. You are going to have an amazing life sweet Pebbles.
